  • Ad Assets: Landing page URLs, creative assets, and prospective ad copy for compliance pre-screening.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for the purpose of enabling high-performance advertising operations:

  • Account Provisioning: Setting up dedicated agency ad accounts on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
  • Compliance Screening: reviewing your business model against platform policies to prevent account bans.
  • Operational Communication: Sending urgent notifications regarding account status, top-ups, or policy updates via your preferred channel.
  • Financial Processing: Managing ad spend deposits and invoicing.

3. Ad Platform Integration & Data Sharing

As an authorized agency partner, we must share specific datasets with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to provision your accounts:

We transmit your Business Manager ID, URL, and entity details to these platforms to link your agency ad accounts. This sharing is mandatory for the service to function and is governed by the respective privacy policies of those platforms.

We do not sell your data to third-party lead brokers. Your information is shared only with the ad networks and our direct banking/payment partners for transaction processing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account application and ad spend history for a period of 5 years as required by financial regulations and platform partnership agreements. If you cease using our services, we will archive your data securely.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies solely for functional purposes and aggregated analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. We do not use retargeting pixels on our corporate site to protect client confidentiality.

6. Security of Ad Assets

We implement strict access controls. Only assigned account managers have access to your specific ad accounts. We utilize 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on all internal systems access to prevent unauthorized changes to your campaigns.
