Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 15, 2026Welcome to Voyler. By applying for or using our agency ad account infrastructure ("Services"), you enter into a binding agreement with Voyler ("Company", "we"). These terms are designed to protect both your business and our agency standing with advertising platforms.
1. Agency Infrastructure Services
Voyler grants approved clients access to premium, high-limit advertising accounts on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. These accounts remain the property of Voyler and are licensed to you for legitimate advertising use.
2. Prohibited Business Verticals
To ensure the safety and longevity of our infrastructure for all clients, the following verticals are strictly prohibited. Advertising these will result in immediate termination:
- Illegal Activities: Narcotics, weapons, malware, or hacking software.
- Adult Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit dating services.
- Financial Scams: fraudulent crypto schemes, or "get rich quick" offers.
- Counterfeit Goods: Replicas or unauthorized trademark usage.
- Misleading Claims: Deceptive health claims or exaggerated performance promises.
3. The "Safe Scaling" Protocol
You agree to adhere to platform-specific policies to maintain account health:
- You will not launch fully aggressive campaigns on Day 1 (account warmup required).
- You will not use cloakers or redirect techniques to hide destination URLs.
- You are solely responsible for the creative content and compliance of your ads.
4. Financial Terms & No Refunds
Ad Spend: Funds deposited for ad spend are prepaid. Once funds are loaded onto an advertising platform (e.g., Meta/Google balance), they are non-refundable in accordance with platform restrictions.
Service Fees: Any setup fees or monthly management retainers are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend any account immediately without notice if we detect policy violations or high-risk activity that endangers our master agency status. In the event of a platform ban caused by your non-compliance, remaining service fees are forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Voyler acts as an infrastructure provider. We are not liable for: (a) Lost revenue due to account suspensions; (b) Algorithm changes by ad platforms; or (c) Downtime of third-party networks.
